Spencer has been at the helm of Charest Legal Services (formerly Charest Reporting) since its inception. Our firm have been pioneers in realtime reporting (instantaneous live transcription of legal proceedings) and now are introducing CaseLines, as the sole authorized vendor in BC, to the law profession in our Supreme Court hearings, discoveries and arbitrations.
Our client focus is based on working as a team and understanding client needs so we can best meet their expectations and goals. We provide technical support on all our products and we have booked thousands of hours of realtime proceedings and presently have hundreds of court days for CaseLines.
Having the largest court reporting office in the city, we are able to host large matters, but during these more challenging times have been at the forefront in providing a seamless remote experience, both for discoveries and Supreme Court matters.
Our discussion today will be on how to build a CaseLines proceeding and the efficiency that it brings with it. We would like to demystify the process and remove any anxiety component associated with conducting your first electronic CaseLines proceedings.
Zoom Details will be forwarded to all registered participants closer to the event date.
