Presenter: Kathy Andrews
Kathy is a People and Culture Strategist, Executive Coach, Master Facilitator, Keynote Speaker, and Founder/Creator of Cinga Leadership & Learning Inc., with over 20 years of experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Kathy works with individuals, teams, and organizations to align business strategy and culture through the design and delivery of high-impact people programs.
Prior to consulting, she held senior HR and leadership development positions at several global organizations.
She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from Rhodes University in South Africa, and a Provincial Instructor Diploma from Vancouver Community College.
She has worked with dozens of global companies, including lululemon, Canfor, Methanex, and Ausenco, among others. She is a cancer survivor, and her advocacy work has been featured on Global News, CTV, and CBC’s The National. Her podcast, “For Leaders By Leaders,” features thought leaders and executives from around the globe, providing practical advice for better leading.
