NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH COLUMBIA LEGAL MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
(the “Society”)  will be held at the Vancouver Convention Centre East, 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC at 8:00 am (PST) on May 1, 2026.

The AGM will be held for the following purposes:

1.               to receive and consider the report of the directors of the Society;
2.               to receive and approve the financial statements of the Society for the financial year end ended December 31, 2025;
3.               to elect directors of the Society; and
4.               to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
