Please join us for the GST Decision Matrix seminar presented by Thomas D. Ciz, an Associate Counsel in the Tax Practice Group of Farris LLP.
This session describes some fundamental principles of GST. It presents a decision matrix that can be used to determine whether GST applies to a particular supply of legal services and, if so, the appropriate rate of GST to be applied. Â
Several factual scenarios will be presented during this session to help participants learn how to apply the decision matrix. It is hoped that when participants leave the session, they will be able to apply the decision matrix when asked to open a new file and code it properly for GST purposes.Â
