If there is one thing, we all deal with daily in the legal field it is conflict, whether it is internal or external. Learning to manage these situations is an integral skill and Stacey Holloway will be here to share some of her wisdom with us. You will not want to miss out on this session!

Stacey is a high performance, results-oriented, and highly skilled Organizational Development Consultant with a reputation for excellence and professionalism. She is one of the Senior Consultants of the Holloway Group and focuses her talents and energy on the development of organizations and the people in them, as they prepare for, lead and experience change. Her client base includes large and small, national and international, for profit and non-profit organizations and businesses in the public and private sector. Stacey’s advanced Organizational Development consulting experience comprises strategic consulting – including strategy development; organization and people change management; leadership development; team development; the establishment of organizational cultures that facilitate sustained high performance; training, education and development to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes they need to perform their jobs better as well as coaching for executives, individuals and teams. In addition, Stacey is one of the most in-demand trainers in North America. Her active, participatory presentations are charged with energy, humour and creativity. She has been a facilitator, mediator and negotiation/conflict resolution educator for over 35 years, and in that time, has mediated thousands of disputes in a variety of contexts. She is a Senior Trainer at the Justice Institute of B.C. in the Centre for Conflict Resolution, one of the top training programs in North America in the field of dispute resolution. Stacey’s personal accomplishments include the development and delivery of an extensive training program in Conflict Management, as well as in Leadership Development; and the writing of a comprehensive High School Resource entitled Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Skills for Youth. A graduate of UBC, Stacey also received her Certificate in Conflict Resolution with specializations in Conflict Resolution/Negotiation, Anger Management, and Mediation.
