Please join us on September 26th to learn about the new T3 tax return filing obligations for trusts that may affect certain client trust accounts for the taxation years ending on or after December 31, 2023.
If you are holding funds in a separate trust account for a client, you may have to file a T3 income tax return for that trust account by the end of March 2024. Multiple T3 returns may need to be filed by a single law firm.
