There are some CLE courses that have been done (both live, CLE-TV and webinar types) in the past, so you would have to do an archive search. However, that said, still might not be what you are looking for.
A colleague of mine (Ann Halkett) and I are looking into creating just such a course – because you are not alone in seeking out resources.
