We also have a courier company p/u our mail as it isn’t delivered to our bldg. I hear that if that bldg. closed down then the main central Canada Post facility would still be running and we could p/u there as has been mentioned.
Stripped down essential services for mail/courier/copy, 1/3 of usual staff. No one can access client floor and switchboard is being done remotely.

I don’t know if our process is better, I think we’re fortunate there have been less and less exceptions over the years. We just work from a document that is searchable for all of the ‘where does this go?’ correspondence. It works, provided it’s always up to date and edited as needed.
