There is so much speculation right now on “The Right Way” to lead our people and manage our offices when we loosen the restrictions and people start to go back to work. Assuming the market place will still bring forth clients, then prior planning and communication of protocols need thoughtful and deliberate leadership discussion for a successful back to work plan. It will require consideration of all interactions: employee/employer, lawyers/practice teams, clients/law firms, vendors/law firms, courts/other players/lawyers and so on.
