• Priscilla Martindale is a senior business development and marketing professional with 16 years’ experience in law firm management. As Head of Marketing and Business Development at Richards Buell Sutton LLP, she collaborates with practice group leaders on strategic initiatives to drive firm growth for both its Vancouver and Surrey offices. She also mentors the firm’s associates in their business development efforts, providing ongoing guidance on client relationship management, personal branding, development of marketing plans and goals, networking strategies, and effective communication to support their professional growth and success. In 2024, Priscilla was elected as one of seven directors to the BC Legal Management Association Board, where she contributes to strategic planning and professional development efforts for their members. She has also held four terms on the Legal Marketing Association’s board, including serving as President.

• Morgan Fowler serves as Richards Buell Sutton’s Director of Professional Development and Counsel. She leads the associate, summer student and articling student programs. This encompasses recruitment, training, mentorship, performance management, wellness and ongoing professional development.
