Katie Cavallo, MSOL, IIDA, Procsi

Katie leads a multidisciplinary team of strategists advising enterprise clients on future forward insights, workplace strategies and design solutions.  Working across various industries she specializes in creating human-centric environments that align business goals with employee experience – driving culture, innovation, and performance.

With a 20+ year industry background ranging from interior design, strategic sales, and workplace strategy she blends design thinking with data-driven insights to help organizations build spaces that reflect their identity and empower their people.

Katie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Colorado Boulder, a BFA in Interior Design, is a certified PROSCI Change Practitioner, and is NCIDQ certified.

Rebecca Greier Horton

Rebecca is a multidisciplinary strategist at MillerKnoll where she guides organizations in activating the full potential of their people through a “process-purpose-place” alignment to elevate engagement and strengthen culture.

The perspective she brings to her clients is informed by her leadership experience within Fortune 50 organizations across complex corporate operations.  Her work has evolved from an occupational health, safety, and environmental sustainability focus to one of , with particular attention to the physical, social, and cognititive dimensions of how people experience work.

Rebecca leads MillerKnoll’s Neuroinclusion BRG team.  She is a licensed Professional Geoscientist, WELL AP and WELL Faculty member, ICF Certified Coach and Psychological Safety Certified Coach, and has extensive experience in office ergonomics.
