Ascent Employment Law is hiring associates with 5+ years of practice experience.
We are a labour and employment law boutique that is small enough to know each other. Strong enough to handle complex work. Our practice covers the full spectrum: investigations, collective bargaining, labour arbitrations, and trial work. The assignments are interesting. The clients are real.

We are remote. Our team works from wherever they do their best work. We provide the tools to get the work done, wherever you are and we compensate well. That means competitive compensation without a 1,800 hour billable target hanging over your head. We want lawyers who are invested in their work and in their life.
We are growing fast. In the past 10 months, we hired five associates and two paralegals. Right now we are planning for summer and fall, and we are ready to do it again.
