Description
At YLaw, we’re not your traditional law firm. We blend proven legal expertise with an innovative, forward-thinking approach—always pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo. Alongside our top-tier legal services, we’re launching a new SaaS product (a free tool to help clients calculate divorce assets), offering you a unique opportunity to market both a high-growth law firm and a cutting-edge tech solution.
Here, we value fresh perspectives, creativity, and a relentless drive to make a difference. If you’re looking to join a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and bold thinking, this is the place for you.
Position Overview
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the firm’s overall marketing strategy—online and offline—to amplify YLaw’s presence and drive adoption of our new SaaS product. You’ll be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture but isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. This is a rare opportunity to build and manage a marketing ecosystem for both a fast-growing law firm and an exciting tech startup, all under one roof.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and prioritize marketing initiatives, managing external agencies and freelancers as needed.
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Own on-page and off-page SEO to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings for both the law firm and the SaaS tool.

- Paid Media & Analytics
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media) to reach the right audiences efficiently.

- Design a seamless digital and offline client journey—from initial engagement to onboarding and beyond.
- Collaborate with legal teams and client relations to continuously improve client experience.
- Brand Management & Offline Marketing
- Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints (online, print, events).
- Identify offline marketing and relationship-building opportunities (events, sponsorships, community outreach) to boost brand presence.
- Local SEO & Reputation Management
- Optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings and local directory placements to strengthen regional visibility.
- Monitor and respond to reviews, ensuring YLaw’s reputation remains positive and engaging.
