Work in beautiful Langley with the resources of a mid-sized firm and an office in downtown
Vancouver.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Jr. Conveyancer to join a thriving and established law
firm with tremendous potential for growth and expansion in the Fraser Valley and Vancouver.

The successful candidate will have strong technical and communication skills with the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, are
an organized multi-tasker, and can work within a team setting and independently.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform Corporate searches, LTO searched, conflict searches and due diligence searches
• Generate and prepare conveyancing documents from start to finish for residential sales,
purchase and refinances
• Opening/closing Real Estate files
• Managing client correspondence
• Liaising with lenders, realtors, lawyers
• Review accuracy of commission calculations
• Drafting various correspondence and closing reports
• Organize and maintain post-closing matters
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in a law firm working as a conveyancer
• Legal Assistant certificate or diploma from an accredited College or University
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MyLTSA, BCOnline
• Professional attitude
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000.
