The Position
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Development & Marketing team. In this role, you will support a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting the firm’s brand, services, and expertise.
You will play an integral role in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and developing compelling content that resonates with clients and stakeholders. Your creativity, organizational skills, and strategic mindset will help elevate the firm’s profile and drive engagement within our key markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior marketing professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Digital Marketing
- Develop, write, and edit engaging content tailored to various audiences, ensuring consistency with the firm’s tone and brand.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for use across digital platforms, showcasing the firm’s expertise and culture.
- Collaborate with lawyers and other team members to create articles, and client-focused materials that highlight the firm’s thought leadership.
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing efforts, that align with the firm’s overall business objectives.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Assist in managing the firm’s social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement tracking.
- Research and implement innovative strategies to enhance the firm’s online presence, focusing on increasing reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, provide insights, and recommend adjustments to content strategy as needed.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, invitations, event collateral, and social media graphics, adhering to the firm’s branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials maintain consistency in visual and messaging standards.
Website Management
- Maintain and update the firm’s website, ensuring accurate and timely content updates to reflect the firm’s latest achievements.
- Assist in optimizing website performance through content management, basic SEO implementation, and analytics tracking.
Event Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning and organizing client-facing and internal events, such as seminars (online and in-person), networking sessions, and associate programs.
- Handle event logistics, including agenda development, materials preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Marketing Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Support tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, industry trends relevant to our clients and refine the firm’s competitive positioning.
General Task & Time Management
- Prioritize tasks effectively, managing deadlines across multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and broader organizational objectives.
- Identify potential risks in project timelines and implement solutions to mitigate delays.
- Perform other duties and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2+ years' experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including intermediate graphic design skills with software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere or similar software
- Experience with website management using WordPress, including content updates and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation, list management, and performance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates, website editing, or other digital marketing applications.
- Strong working knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and analytics reporting (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
- Proven experience in creating and managing content across multiple platforms, demonstrating an understanding of brand voice and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the Firm, including shareholders, clients and cross-functional teams.
- A team player who is a self-starter, takes initiative and motivated by achieving tangible results.
- Creative mindset with an eye for branding, visual design and video storytelling.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
The salary range for the role represents the Firm's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications.
