Description
We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our team. The position is full-time, working on site Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role you will perform a variety of reception and administrative duties including:
- Greeting clients, visitors and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinating couriers and outgoing mail
- Scanning and distributing incoming mail
- Processing printing requests
- Scheduling and booking boardroom meetings
- Setting up boardroom for internal meetings and events
- Handling library and publication updates
- Providing administrative assistance to the Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years law office experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills including data entry, filing systems, and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a team-oriented attitude

The expected pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000. The final agreed-upon rate may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
