It sounds very daunting doing it during office hours. We had the office painting and carpet replacing done when we were closed between Dec 24 2016 and Jan 2, 2017. The carpet replacing requires moving heavy furniture and filing cabinets and the workers had to return to properly re-position everything after we came back to work in the new year. We were also able to avoid the smell of the painting doing it while the office was closed. Hope this information helps.
