We have had a scent free office policy for many years now, following issues that some staff were having due to allergies etc. While those allergy sufferers are in the minority, it seems to be the only workable solution. It is unfortunate for those that like to wear scents but for the most part everyone understands and complies. If there are any issues, usually an email to everyone reminding them of the fragrance-free office policy will do the trick.
