We used to have a Xerox and it was a good quality product at the time. However, their service was becoming prohibitive as the machine aged and a quote on a new machine with Xerox was significantly more expensive than a comparable machine with Ricoh. So, we went with a Ricoh this time.
Ricoh’s service is good and their cost is reasonable. However, we hate the machine. It is finicky and not user-intuitive. Additionally, the size of copier we wanted didn’t come with internal software that could track all of our active matter nos. So, they had to set us up with 3rd party software in order to track by matter no. (vs. by employee).
