We recently upgraded all PC’s to Windows 10 and kept ESI Law as is. We were going to upgrade to ESILaw 360 but could not get simple questions answered by the ESI Law service team. I’m currently considering PC Law. Although we were told ESI Law was not compatible we have no new issues using it with Windows 10. We have had many issues with ESI Law over the years and received little to no support to deal with the issues, leaving me to find other solutions and work arounds.

ESI Law was recently (August 1) purchased by Dye Durham so I’m curious if customer service will improve. We are setup to run a SQL server thus my only real issues are the steep learning curve for staff and obtaining GREAT,not good, support from the vendor.
