We have a small (not entirely dedicated) lunchroom in our office, which contains a microwave. The building also has a lunchroom with a microwave. Given that our in-office lunchroom is very close to a client meeting room, people are good about not heating up anything that might be offensive, but I can see how that could be a problem.
