We have about 35 people total. We have a dedicated in-house IT systems support person who takes care of the day-to-day IT issues (connection problems, printing problems, remote login, applications assistance) who is also the liaison for BMC, who takes care of everything else. When our systems support person is away on holidays, it falls to me to assist people with their computer issues.
