Our partners have been quite generous – 5, 10, 15, etc. year anniversaries receive essentially $100 for each year of service up to $2500 of value in gifts from a list which includes travel, The Bay, Apple Store, etc. For example a 10 year anniversary receives a $1000 award. It is handed out at the Christmas Party. It is a taxable benefit.
