We provide the online payment option on our website, but we use the LawPay system and really like it. Set up was very easy, it is user friendly both for staff and clients, and has lots of functionality that makes tracking of payments and reconciliation easy. It also allows you to use secure payment links to an email or invoice so with one click clients can pay from their computer, cell phone etc. (we have a “Pay Now” button that links to the payment page that we send with our invoices). We have many clients who use it (and more all the time) and love it as it makes payment so easy and quick. We also use the same LawPay system for clients who come to the office and want to pay in person (we just link to the same payment page). I would recommend it for sure.
