We are using an inhouse server. We started to have this problem once we upgraded to Windows 10. We are using PCLaw version 14.2.2. We were advised by PCLaw to change over from Ctree to SQL to stabilize the database. As well our new IT advised us that a reinstall of PCLaw on each computer should have happened with the upgrade. As we are in the midst of transitioning over our IT and moving to cloud based system, we have not done either yet.
