We have been doing the same in terms of providing hand sanitizers (will eventually run out though) and use Clorox for internal surfaces. Our building has tripled their cleaning of common areas. We regularly communicate the steps necessary to minimize the risk of transmission. We have very few in-house meetings and do not use catering. However, we do clean the boardroom after each meeting.
