Sorry for the late reply, but yes we made the change and everyone is happy with the change. – Telus has been pretty good at updating and adding new features so that is a plus. When we purchased the system we also paid for the “white glove” service that included a technician coming into the office and setting up all the phones and doing all the training and a follow up training session at a latter date – this was well worth the money and headache.
