Our reception area is closed as well as all meetings have been cancelled, so we have closed off our floor too. We have reduced our office services group to having rotating days in now. We just shortened our deliveries hours by 1/2 hour, so we’re open 8am to 5pm. We also plan to be open all 5 days next week. So essentially, we have deliveries/mail/copy services all in, but with reduced work days for staff.
We also have a courier company pick up our mail from Canada Post, so they will hold our mail for us and I believe any local couriers would just hold our deliveries at their depot too if it came down to not having any office access at all.
