We are ‘closed’ the three business days between Christmas & New Years. Everyone is deemed on-call and they must stay within the Lower Mainland, monitor their emails and voicemails for emergencies. If they do not want to be on-call, stay in town and monitor emails & vm, they must use vacation days.
