So if there is no lunch break, when do they eat lunch?
I have had this request before and have said no. It is unreasonable to assume that because they have no lunch break that the employee will still not take some time for lunch, snacks etc. It is also the “Law of Diminishing Returns” – people need breaks to be able to function efficiently and effectively. Longer work hours with no breaks usually equals less productivity and poorer product.
