People must be given three hours to vote so I sent an e-mail around to the staff asking them to let me know if they needed to leave early. The majority of our staff leave work at 4 or 4:30 so it’s not really an issue as the polls close at 7pm. So far I have only had one person ask to leave 15 minutes earlier than usual.
