It depends on our file. We have flat-fee rates for our standard residential files. So, all courier charges are included. However, for non-standard or commercial files, we typically do a holdback for a final disbursement account (in addition to our legal account), which we render 30 days post-completion. There are a couple of clients where we have needed to issue a full account right away. In those cases we would estimate the courier charges from the online estimates.
