Description

Scion Law LLP is a growing boutique firm providing tax, trust and estate planning and administration advice and related litigation in downtown Vancouver. Our young and energetic team of lawyers are looking to add a legal administrative assistant to:

  • work with our solicitor team, including:
    • preparing estate planning and estate administration documents;
    • drafting client correspondence and arranging delivery of documents;
    • assisting lawyers with clients’ correct execution of documentation;
    • maintaining corporate records;
  • work with our litigation team, including:
    • drafting pleadings;
    • preparing lists of documents;
    • preparing application materials;
    • coordinating trial schedules
  • provide general administrative support, including:
    • filing materials with online registries, including Court registries and corporate registries;
    • searching online registries, including corporate registries, wills registry and the Land Title Office;
    • maintaining bring forward systems;
    • preparing invoices and reporting letters to clients;
    • improving office efficiencies and developing administrative procedures

We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated and client-service driven. The candidate should have a strong proficiency with computer systems and be able to work well independently.
